Fresh home storage tips:
Refrigerated storage up to 1 week. Wash leafy greens under running water, wrap in damp paper towel and place in a perforated plastic bag and
Kale purchased in airtight packages should be refrigerated “as is” and washed when opened for use.
Side note: For prolonged storage, cut and freeze leafy greens in freezer-friendly bags, slow-defrost by leaving out at room temp before cooking.
