  • What do I do if you don't deliver to my area?
  • We currently deliver in Joburg only. We will be expanding to new areas in the near future. 
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
  • We deliver every Tuesday through to Saturday, 11:00-19:00. Our delivery coordinator will contact you to confirm your order and delivery time via WhatsApp.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
  • We are currently accepting payments via the Payfast Payment gateway, Payflex & EFT.
  • Is my payment secure?
  • We use industry standard encryption and other security practices on our site. All information you communicate with us, including your payment details when making a purchase is protected.
  • How do I place an order?
  • Simple: 1- Browse our store 2- Add the products you want to your cart 3- Click on the shopping cart to proceed to checkout and payment 4- Follow the checkout instructions till you reach the confirmation page.
  • What if I'm not happy with my order?
  • If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we will gladly refund or replace the item at no additional charge to you, subject to our returns and refund policy. Simply get in touch with us via WhatsApp, we will take care of everything.
